I had a wonderful one-on-one mentorship session with Dr. Aggarwal. Right from the beginning, he created a relaxed and welcoming environment where I felt completely comfortable expressing myself. We thoroughly reviewed my CV—from honors and awards to work experiences and hobbies—and he offered some of the most insightful advice on how to present my accomplishments in a compelling and effective way.
We also did a focused interview preparation segment, where he taught me how to respond to common residency interview questions in a concise yet memorable manner. His guidance helped me see how small changes in delivery and structure can leave a lasting impression.
